When you check in or out at your next appointment, please be sure the front office staff has your EMAIL address on file. You will automatically be enrolled in ACD’s Patient Portal, which allows you to securely check medical records, make and change appointments, and request prescription refills. Most importantly this allows us to communicate with you more quickly and efficiently, and allows you to contact your provider directly. FURTHER, the patient portal is NOW AVAILABLE on your smartphone!

Access your Personal Health Information from your Laptop or Smartphone! Request your next appointment online by downloading the HEALOW app free from the app store on your Smart phones. Or you can access this same information at www.healow.com. Enter your Portal Username and password and you have full access to all your personal health information in a secure and protected space.
